Why take a group class?

Do you like the camaraderie of meeting new people? Does working hard alongside other people inspire you? Are you looking for affordable Pilates? Then a group session might be the way to go for you.

Tower/Mat Classes

Tower classes use springs on the tower apparatus to increase the degree of difficulty in mat work. Tower includes leg springs, arm springs and push through bar. Maximum 6 people per class.

Reformer/Tower Trio Classes

Reformer is a bed-like frame called a carriage that is attached to springs and a pulley system. Maximum 3 people per class.

Foam Roller Classes

Foam Rolling helps work out muscle knots by massaging the connective tissue, or Fascia, surrounding your muscles. When done correctly, Foam Rolling can improve post-workout recovery and increase flexibility. Bonus: it feel great!
